Policies

After receiving your quote, it is your responsibility to respond in a timely manner.

All available dates are first come, first serve & are secured by submitting the 50% retainer fee! If you inquire about an order and do not submit payment within 24 hours, you have no order with me! The remaining 50% is due the Wednesday before pick-up.

Once you pickup your order we are not responsible for any damage occurring to it during transport, set-up or any time thereafter. You will be given instructions on how to carry, transport and store your baked good upon pickup.

All of the pricing found on my webpage or Instagram are my starting prices! Prices will vary depending on the details of the order!

I take pride in my work and try to always accommodate odate everybody, a lot goes into these orders so please respect my policies, time and prices.

We prefer all orders to be places AT LEAST 1 week in advance. Some weeks we are able to accomodate last minute order. (A rush order fee may be applied)

ALL baked goods, excluding decorated cookies, MUST be kept in the refrigerator until they are being consumed.
Once you afre ready to eat, you need to let it come to room temp. We use Swiss Meringue Buttercream, and if you don’t let it come to room temp it will have a hard and waxy texture.

Please keep in mind that our buttercream is made with butter, so in high heats and direct sunlight they WILL melt.
